Shipping, Returns & Refunds

At Nova Cookies, we bake and package every order with care so your cookies are ready for their journey to you. 🍪💗

Shipping Schedule: We ship all orders on Mondays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. Orders placed after the Friday cutoff will ship the next available Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and your destination. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nova Cookies is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste or texture preferences, carrier delays, or orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by Nova Cookies, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery arrival. Please include your order number and clear photos of the cookies, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue. Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be eligible for a resolution.
